For Domestic returns, ensure your request is made within 14 days of your order date for a refund or store credit. Once the label is generated, drop off the package at your local carrier within 30 days to receive a refund. After 30 days, the return label expires, requiring you to contact Customer Service for a new label, resulting in store credit issuance for a future purchase.

Domestic returns incur a $6 return shipping fee, deducted from the refund. Opting for store credit waives the return shipping fee.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

– Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all tags and liners attached in their original condition. Include the original order packing slip in your return package.

– Avoid combining returns of multiple orders to prevent processing delays (additional 8 business days from the first refund issued).

– If your order was purchased using a gift card, the refund will be issued directly back to the gift card.

– Wear underwear when first trying on your purchase.

– We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the specified criteria.

– Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

Note: INLOVE shop cannot currently generate return labels for APO/FPO addresses due to customs information requirements for shipping.

Ensure products are returned in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed, with all tags and liners securely attached. Include the original order packing slip in your return package. We retain the right to reject returns that exhibit signs of wear or fail to meet the aforementioned criteria.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Domestic Returns:

Initiate your return by visiting the returns portal: START RETURN (U.S.) at [email protected]. Include order number and contact info. Remember to include the original order packing slip in the return package. Once your return is processed, a pre-paid return shipping label will be emailed to you. Simply drop off your package at any Post Office or USPS location using the provided label.

Opt for self-postage returns by choosing a shipper of your preference at your own expense. Initiate the return on our international returns portal, and a returns slip will be emailed to you. We recommend insuring your package and providing our Customer Service at [email protected] with the tracking number once the shipment is dispatched.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly inform you about its acceptance or declination. This evaluation process may span up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information indicates delivery.

If your return is approved, the refund will be initiated and credited to the original method of payment. Please be aware that the refund process may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your bank account, owing to the varying processing times of financial institutions.

For returns processed as store credit, a Inlove gift card will be issued as soon as your return order is in transit back to us, and it will be sent to the email used for the original purchase.

 

In the case of gift returns exchanged for store credit, a Inlove gift card will be issued to the gift recipient once the return order is in transit back to us.
