My favorite part of the Eze experience is undoubtedly Le Jardin Exotique. Perched high on the cliffs of Eze, this garden is a highlight of the region’s natural splendor. As you explore its terraced paths, you’ll encounter a vivid array of exotic plants and vibrant colors. The air is filled with the fragrance of unique blooms, adding to the garden’s enchanting atmosphere.
Situated atop the village, within the remains of a 12th-century castle, this spot has been occupied by locals since 220 BC. The garden features an impressive collection of exotic succulents and xerophytes from around the globe, alongside local species.
Aside from its botanical wonders, Le Jardin Exotique offers stunning panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. From its cliffside location, you’ll enjoy breathtaking vistas of the Côte d’Azur, with the clear blue waters and lush garden creating a picturesque scene. As you stroll along the pathways, you’ll appreciate both the serene beauty of the garden and its remarkable sculptures.
Why Eze Stole My Heart
